Zongjie Automobile Announcement: The company has signed the "Suzhou Zongjie Boquan Shine Investment Partnership Agreement" with Shanghai Bojin Investment Management Co., Ltd., Changshu Shanghu Technology Entrepreneurship Development Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Mingao Investment Management Partnership Enterprise. It is planned to jointly invest in the establishment of Suzhou Zongjie Boquan Shine Investment Partnership Enterprise, with a total fund subscription amount of 80 million RMB. The company, as a limited partner, will contribute 38 million RMB from its own funds, accounting for 47.50% of the total fund subscription amount.
