Moody's: Upgrades outlook for 10 Chinese banks and financial subsidiaries of state-owned enterprises to "stable"

On April 29th, Moody's adjusted the credit outlook of ten Chinese banks and subsidiaries of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) from negative to stable.
