There are deficiencies in the internal control of Guomao Futures, and Xiamen Securities Regulatory Bureau has ordered them to make corrections.

On April 28, the Xiamen Securities Regulatory Bureau disclosed administrative regulatory measures, and Guomao Futures Co., Ltd. was ordered to make corrections. After investigation, it was found that some futures trading advisory services conducted by Guomao Futures in 2025 did not have commercial substance, leading to inaccuracies in the financial data submitted in the regulatory reports, reflecting internal control deficiencies in the company, violating Article 56 of the "Regulations on Supervision and Management of Futures Companies". According to Article 109 of the "Regulations on Supervision and Management of Futures Companies", the Xiamen Securities Regulatory Bureau has decided to take supervisory measures ordering Guomao Futures to make corrections, and will record the relevant situation in the integrity file according to the "Regulations on Integrity Supervision and Management of Securities and Futures Markets".
