Huading Group: Deputy General Manager Lu Zhuo resigns for personal reasons.

On April 28th, Huading Group announced that the Board of Directors received the written resignation report from the company's Deputy General Manager, Lu Zhuo, on the same day. Due to personal reasons, Lu Zhuo applied to resign from the position of Deputy General Manager of the company, and after resigning, Lu Zhuo will no longer hold any position in the company. Lu Zhuo's resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors.
