Our country is deploying the expansion and improvement of the service industry in "ten key areas".

On April 28th, the State Council Information Office held a regular press briefing on State Council policies, introducing the relevant information on the "Opinions on Promoting the Expansion and Quality Improvement of the Service Industry" and answering questions from reporters. Shen Zhulin, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission, stated that the "Opinions on Promoting the Expansion and Quality Improvement of the Service Industry" was recently issued, proposing that by 2030, the total scale of the service industry will reach 100 trillion yuan, indicating that there will be more than 20 trillion yuan of incremental space. The "Opinions" deploy "ten key areas" for promoting the expansion and quality improvement of the service industry. It will focus on six key areas, such as technology services, modern logistics, software and information services, supply chain finance, energy conservation, and environmental protection services, and business services, and 17 key links to promote specialization and high-end of research and development design, value enhancement in production processes, and realization of market value. It will also focus on four key areas, including residential services, elderly care and child care, health services, cultural, tourism, and sports services, and nine sub-industries to promote basic needs services to be more inclusive and of high quality.
