Two departments: guiding computing power companies, model companies, data companies, and application development companies to form an "analog-digital resonance" innovation consortium.

The General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Bureau of Statistics Comprehensive Department issued a notice on the joint implementation of the "2026 Modulus Resonance" action. It pointed out that around the selected key industries, it will guide computing power companies, model companies, data companies, and application development companies to form "Modulus Resonance" innovation consortium, support the consortium to collaborate and interact with the "Modulus Resonance" space, and jointly carry out model development, software and hardware adaptation, data processing, application scenario design and development. The consortium will strengthen industry-level, full-stack solution development and application, creating a "model room" for industry empowerment by artificial intelligence.
