The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) issued a final ruling on Section 337 for semiconductor devices and their downstream computing products and components.

According to the China Trade Remedies Information Network, on April 27th, the United States International Trade Commission issued a notice of the 337 partial final determination on certain semiconductor devices and their downstream computing products and components: the preliminary ruling made by the administrative law judge on March 31, 2026, will not be reviewed, that is, based on a settlement, the investigation against the listed defendant Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. of Santa Clara, California, will be terminated, and the investigation against the listed defendant Lenovo Information Products Co., Ltd of Guangdong, China, Lenovo Inc. of North Carolina, Lenovo Group Limited of Hong Kong SAR, and Super Micro Computer, Inc. of San Jose, California, will also be terminated based on the applicant's withdrawal. Therefore, the investigation in this case is terminated.
