Guizhou: Achieve data intellectual property pledge financing of 600 million yuan by the end of 2026.

"The work plan for the pilot program of data intellectual property rights in Guizhou Province in 2026" is released. The plan proposes that by the end of 2026, a complete chain of work system for cultivation, registration, application, protection, and management of data intellectual property rights with Guizhou characteristics will be formed. The system of rules for data intellectual property rights will be further improved, the quality and efficiency of data intellectual property rights registration will be further enhanced, the innovative application of data intellectual property rights will continue to expand, and data intellectual property rights will become an important support for empowering the high-quality development of Guizhou's digital economy. The total number of data intellectual property rights registrations in the province will reach 3,000; 6 billion yuan of financing through data intellectual property rights pledge will be achieved, actively exploring diverse paths for value realization such as valuation, circulation trading, equity valuation, and securitization of data intellectual property rights. A total of 4,000 enterprises and institutions will be served, 55 data intellectual property service institutions will be nurtured, and a comprehensive, professional, standardized, convenient, and efficient public service ecosystem for data intellectual property rights will be established.
