It supports the planning and construction of commercial aerospace industrial parks, enhances the development level of research, manufacturing, operation, and maintenance of aerospace vehicles and general aviation equipment chains. It promotes the low-cost mass production of key products such as rockets, accelerates the innovation and application scenario development of the Beidou system, and actively expands satellite applications.
