It aims to expand and strengthen emerging industries such as new energy, new materials, intelligent connected vehicles, intelligent robots, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, aerospace, integrated circuits, low-altitude economy, and bio-manufacturing, nurturing more emerging pillar industries and creating more trillion-yuan and billion-yuan emerging industry clusters. The plan also aims to fully leverage the advantages of mechatronics and software-hardware synergy, develop strategic products such as computing chips, solid-state batteries, and innovative medical devices, solidly promote innovation in intelligent driving technology, and shape new development momentum and competitive advantages.
