BYD acquired 100% ownership of Jin Cheng Hui Transportation Construction Company, which was renamed as Yawei Construction.

According to the Tianyancha app, recently Anhui Jincheng Huiyun Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with the company name changed to Wuhu Yawei Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. The original shareholder Chen Hui has exited, and BYD has been added as a new shareholder holding full ownership. Additionally, several senior executives have changed. Wuhu Yawei Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in January 2025, with Wu Yingjie as the legal representative and a registered capital of 108 million RMB. Its business scope includes construction engineering construction, construction specialty operations, construction engineering supervision, construction engineering design, construction labor subcontracting, road freight transport, building material sales, and information consulting services.
