Qinzhou, Guangxi: The urban area experiences the heaviest daily rainfall in nearly a decade, it is advised not to go out unless necessary.
The Qinzhou City Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters Office issued the "Travel Safety Tips for Heavy Rainfall Weather" on April 27th, pointing out that due to the impact of the strongest daily rainfall in nearly ten years, there have been water accumulation and internal flooding in some areas of the urban area, posing a significant safety risk to the public. In order to ensure everyone's safety of life and property, the following travel safety tips are hereby issued: 1. Do not go out unless necessary. Try to minimize outdoor activities, commute detours, stay away from low-lying roads, tunnels, underground parking lots, riverbanks, and old easily flooded areas. 2. Be cautious when crossing water. 3. Drive carefully. 4. Stay away from dangerous facilities. 5. Take precautions at home. 6. Seek help in case of emergencies.
