Contemporary Amperex Technology (CATL) establishes a new energy technology company in Xining with a registered capital of 20 million yuan.

According to Tianyancha app, recently, Era Qi Ji New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Tan Ye as the legal representative and a registered capital of 20 million RMB. Its business scope includes research and development of emerging energy technologies, sales of new energy vehicle swapping facilities, online energy measurement technology research, contract energy management, battery sales, information system operation and maintenance services, engineering management services, centralized fast charging stations, and sales of electric vehicle charging. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Era Qi Ji Green Energy Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CATL.
