Wu Chunqing, a Level One Inspector from the former Qinghai Provincial Local Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau, has been expelled from the party for associating with political swindlers and being deceived into "buying officials".

According to the disciplinary inspection commission of Qinghai Province, approved by the CPC Qinghai Provincial Committee, the disciplinary inspection commission has launched an investigation into the serious violations of discipline and law by Wu Chunqing, former chief inspector of the Provincial Local Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau. It was found that Wu Chunqing had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original aspirations, engaged in speculation, befriended political swindlers, and was deceived by bribery seeking to "buy official positions"; he ignored the spirit of the Central Committee's eight-point regulations, accepted gifts and money in violation of regulations, and received "butler-style" services from management and service objects for free; he used public power as a tool for personal gain, used his position to seek profits for others in construction projects, and illegally accepted large amounts of money. Wu Chunqing seriously violated the Party's political discipline and integrity discipline, constituted serious violations of duty and suspected of bribery crimes, and has not restrained himself since the 18th National Congress of the Party, with serious nature and adverse impact, and should be seriously dealt with. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Disciplinary Regulations of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," and the "Regulations on Administrative Sanctions for Public Servants of the People's Republic of China," after a meeting of the Standing Committee of the CPC Qinghai Provincial Discipline Inspection Committee and approval by the CPC Qinghai Provincial Committee, it is decided to expel Wu Chunqing from the Party, cancel his benefits accordingly, confiscate his illegally acquired assets, and transfer the suspected criminal issues to the procuratorial organs for review and prosecution, including the confiscated assets.
