Shooting scene security action slow? Trump: I wanted to see what happened.

The American Columbia Broadcasting Corporation asked President Trump about the White House Correspondents' Dinner shooting incident, saying, "Mr. President, they surrounded you in 10 seconds, and then took you away from the scene in another 20 seconds. The scene looked very chaotic." Trump replied, "Part of the reason is that I wanted to see what was happening, so I didn't let them easily take me away. I am surrounded by excellent people, maybe I caused them to act a little slower."
