On April 25, Citic Jiantou Fund announced that Chairman Huang Ling resigned due to work arrangements on April 23. At the same time, Jin Qiang resigned as General Manager and Vice Chairman and assumed the position of Chairman of the company. Starting from April 23, Jin Qiang will temporarily serve as General Manager for a period not exceeding 6 months. To ensure the normal operation of the company's management activities, before the relevant regulatory procedures and business registration changes are completed, the original legal representative, Huang Ling, will continue to perform the legal representative duties of the company. Citic Jiantou Fund was established in September 2013 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Citic Jiantou Securities. As of now, the public management scale of Citic Jiantou Fund is approximately 892.12 billion yuan.
