The first national domestically produced control system water-light complementary project was put into operation today.

According to China Huaneng, this morning in Dali, Yunnan, with the grid-connected generation of photovoltaic stations such as Dean and Long Street, China's first national-produced control system for integrated hydro-solar complementary project was officially put into operation. The total installed capacity of the project reached 5.43 million kilowatts, with hydro installed capacity of 4.2 million kilowatts and photovoltaic project installed capacity exceeding 1.23 million kilowatts. The project effectively solves the fluctuation challenge brought by large-scale grid connection of photovoltaic power generation through "hydro-solar synergy, storage and transmission integration", ensuring stable and secure electricity supply.
