Earlier that day, Iranian authorities confirmed that Araghchi would begin a regional visit, traveling to the Pakistani capital Islamabad, the Omani capital Muscat, and the Russian capital Moscow. Iranian media reports indicate that the purpose of Araghchi's trip is to conduct bilateral consultations, discuss current regional developments, and assess the latest situation of the US and Israel imposing war on Iran.
