Analysts at Deutsche Bank stated in a report that Intel is undergoing multiple improvements, which should enhance its long-term profitability. These analysts noted several highlights for the chip manufacturer in the recent quarter, including strong performance in its server CPUs, progress in nodes gaining recognition internally and externally, and steady improvement in gross margins. They stated, "We believe that for Intel, this quarter's performance report/guidance is exceptional." They mentioned that the combination of these dynamic factors, along with Intel's buyback of its 34 shares, should significantly improve the company's long-term profit potential, resulting in an increase in the target price of the stock from $45 to $63.
