The net loss was 9.496 billion yuan, compared to a net profit of 954 million yuan in the same period last year. The resolution passed by the Board of Directors for the profit distribution plan for 2025 is as follows: no cash dividends will be distributed, no bonus shares will be given, and no capital reserve will be used to increase share capital.
