During the period of increase in holdings and within the statutory time limit, the held shares will not be reduced. Currently, Shanghai Luo Jiesi holds 1.525 billion shares of the company, accounting for 52.60%; together with concerted actors, they hold a total of 1.673 billion shares, accounting for 57.72%.
