Innovation Medical announced that its operating income in 2025 was 781 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4.26%. Net loss was 34.8545 million yuan, compared to a loss of 93.954 million yuan in the same period of the previous year. The company has no plans to distribute cash dividends, bonus shares, or increase capital by converting reserves into shares.
