Huai Bei Mining announced that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from Deputy General Manager Chen Yadong, and the resignation will take effect when it is delivered to the Board of Directors. Chen Yadong is leaving on April 23, 2026, due to reaching the legal retirement age, earlier than the original term ending on September 25, 2027. He has completed the handover of work and it will not affect the normal operation of the company.
