Aier Ophthalmology announced that the company held the fifth meeting of the seventh board of directors on April 23, and reviewed and approved the proposals including "Proposal on the Issuance of H Shares by the Company and Listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited" and "Proposal on the Plan for the Issuance of H Shares by the Company and Listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited", etc. In order to further promote the globalization strategy, build an international platform, and achieve coordinated development between industrial layout and capital structure, after thorough research and demonstration by the company, the company plans to issue overseas-listed foreign shares and list on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
