Hai Kan Corporation: Signed a business cooperation agreement with Shandong Radio and Television Station.

According to the announcement of HaiKan Group, the actual controller of the company is the Shandong Broadcasting and Television Station, which holds the "Internet Audiovisual Program License" and owns the copyright of its own content as well as other legally obtained audiovisual program content copyrights. In order to ensure the legal and sustainable operation of the company's main business and enrich its copyright content, the company has signed the "Authorization Agreement," the "Internet Audiovisual Business Cooperation Agreement," and the "Audiovisual Program Content Copyright Cooperation Agreement" with Shandong Broadcasting and Television Station. As these agreements have been in effect for more than three years, the company plans to reexamine and disclose the related transaction agreements. This related transaction has been included in the company's estimated annual routine operating related transaction limit.
