Wolrd Nuclear Materials: Intends to spin off its holding subsidiary Shanghai CoTech and list it on the North Exchange.

Wolhe core material announced that the seventh meeting of the eighth board of directors of the company reviewed and approved multiple proposals. It agreed to allow its holding subsidiary, Shanghai Kote New Materials Co., Ltd., to apply for a public offering of shares to qualified investors and to list on the Beijing Stock Exchange. This matter still needs to be submitted for approval by the shareholders' meeting.
