Fan Shukui, President of the All-League Mergers and Acquisitions Association and Chairman of Zhonglian Asset Appraisal Group, said at today's "Qianfan" Industrial Mergers and Acquisitions and Restructuring Promotion Conference that since the implementation of the new round of merger and acquisition regulations, 308 listed companies in Zhejiang have conducted a total of 532 merger and acquisition transactions, with a total amount of 129.4 billion yuan. Among them, there were 22 major asset restructuring transactions, with an amount exceeding 24.7 billion yuan, all aimed at promoting high-quality development of the real economy.
