Kumar King announced that, in the fiscal year 2025, the company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 5.00 yuan to all shareholders for every 10 shares registered on the registration date of the equity distribution. As of December 31, 2025, the total share capital of the company is 574,637,150 shares, resulting in a total cash dividend of 287,318,575.00 yuan. If there are any changes in the total share capital, the distribution per share will remain unchanged, and the total amount will be adjusted accordingly.
