China Petroleum: Nominate Liu Xiaolei as a candidate for the tenth session of the Board of Directors independent director.

Sinopec announced that the company's board of directors has nominated Liu Xiaolei as a candidate for independent director of the tenth board of directors. The nominee has agreed to serve and has passed the qualification review by the nomination committee of the ninth board of directors. The nominee believes that she is qualified for the position, has no relationship that affects her independence from the company, complies with relevant laws, administrative regulations, and departmental rules, possesses independence, has no adverse records, serves in no more than three domestic listed companies, has rich knowledge and experience in accounting, and there are no circumstances that would affect her qualification for the position.
