Jiufeng Energy announced that its operating income in 2025 was 20.269 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 8.06%. Net profit was 1.48 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 12.11%. It plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.25 yuan per share to all shareholders, totaling 174 million yuan in cash dividends. Including the semi-annual cash dividend amount of 266 million yuan for 2025, the total cash dividend amount for 2025 is 440 million yuan, accounting for 29.74% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company in 2025.
