Gu Jia Home Furnishing announced that the company held a board meeting on April 21, 2026 to review and approve the investment in the construction of the industrial headquarters project. The total investment in the project will not exceed 1.188 billion yuan, with funds coming from self-owned and self-raised funds. The project covers an area of about 90 acres, and is planned to start construction in the first quarter of 2027 and be completed by early 2031, creating a comprehensive industrial headquarters. The company has signed a framework agreement with the Hangzhou East Bay New City Development and Construction Command. The project may face risks such as inadequate funding, and if the actual investment exceeds the planned amount, the corresponding review procedures will be followed.
