The Pacific announcement states that the net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company in 2025 was 21.0538 million yuan, the net profit of the parent company was 20.2132 million yuan, and the basic earnings per share was 0.031 yuan. Since the profit available for distribution at the end of 2025 is negative, it does not meet the conditions for profit distribution, and it is proposed not to distribute profits in 2025, nor to increase capital reserves through the transfer of reserves and other means. This proposal has been reviewed and approved at the seventy-first meeting of the fourth board of directors of the company and still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for approval in the annual report of 2025.
