CITIC Securities: 20 billion yuan 1.88% notes due in 2029 will be listed on April 23rd.

CITIC Securities International Securities Limited announced that it has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for approval for CSCIF Hong Kong Limited to issue 2 billion yuan of 1.88% notes due in 2029 under a $400 million medium-term note program, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by CITIC Securities International, and benefiting from the maintenance agreement entered into by the company. The listing and trading of the notes will take effect on April 23, 2026.
