Rainbow Group: Shareholders with more than 5% ownership have released pledges on 26.92 million shares.

Rainbow Corporation announced that on April 22, 2026, its shareholder Xianyang City Investment, holding more than 5% of the shares, has completed the procedures to release the original pledge of 26.92 million shares (unlimited and tradable) previously pledged to Guoyuan Securities. This represents 8.57% of Xianyang City Investment's total shareholding and 0.75% of the company's total share capital. Xianyang City Investment holds 314.33 million shares of the company, accounting for 8.76% of the total number of shares. After the release of the pledge, the cumulative pledged shares amount to 190.0753 million shares, representing 60.47% of Xianyang City Investment's total shareholding and 5.30% of the company's total share capital. Xianyang City Investment plans to continue with its equity pledge financing plan according to its operational needs.
