On April 23, the latest data from Omdia shows that in the fourth quarter of 2025, the global connectivity market, including mobile communications, fixed broadband, and fixed voice, reached $333 billion, a 5% year-on-year increase. The total revenue for the full year of 2025 reached $1.3 trillion, a 4% year-on-year increase. 5G continues to maintain strong growth momentum, with global connections reaching 3 billion, a 34% year-on-year increase. This result indicates that the telecommunications industry is still relying on slow-growing core business, while also actively seeking new sources of revenue growth.
