During the period of the 14th Five-Year Plan, 21,000 new intellectual property rights holders were added to the customs record.

During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, national customs nurtured a total of 21,000 new intellectual property rights holders with a recorded 107,200 rights, representing an increase of 77% and 84% respectively compared to the previous period. During the same period, national customs seized 292 major cases worth more than 500,000 RMB, confiscated 280,000 batches and 400 million items of suspected infringing goods. 2,701 cases with serious violations were transferred to public security agencies.
