New platform launched to detect over 600 new energy vehicle electrical safety technology issues.

On April 22, it was learned from the China Automotive Technology Research Center that the first electric safety technology full-chain solution platform in the new energy vehicle industry has been launched. This platform can detect more than 600 new energy vehicle electrical safety technology issues and can accurately find solutions through three search modes: new vehicle development process, R&D performance domain, and problem type. It is understood that the platform's battery full life cycle non-destructive testing and failure analysis, as well as the impact of cabin electromagnetic fields on human health under different working conditions, are at the industry's leading level. The platform provides technical solutions for more than 160 specific electrical safety issues, covering over 200 categories of verification scenarios, more than 600 specialized verification evaluation items, and over 3000 scenario-based test cases, which can support automotive companies in solving various new energy vehicle electrical safety technology issues from the new vehicle development stage to the verification stage in a systematic manner.
