Zhonghuan Maritime announced that its operating income in 2025 was 706 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 21.96%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 78.4417 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 150 million yuan in the same period last year. The company plans not to distribute cash dividends, bonus shares, or increase capital through surplus reserves.
