Jiangte Motors: Invests 124 million yuan in Aeroyu Power's bankruptcy reorganization.

Jiangte Motor announced that Zhaoqing Aoyou Power Battery Co., Ltd. was declared bankrupt and reorganized in 2025. Guangdong Zhonghe Juneng Technology Co., Ltd. previously acquired the rights to invest in Aoyou Power's reorganization for 124 million yuan. After negotiations, the actual investor has changed to Jiangte Motor. The company will pay the remaining auction payment of 101 million yuan before April 30, 2026. After the payment is completed, the company will obtain 76.3929% equity of Aoyou Power, making Aoyou Power a subsidiary of the company. This transaction does not constitute a major asset restructuring and does not require approval from the shareholders' meeting.
