Erkang Pharmaceutical Announcement: The company held the third meeting of the sixth board of directors on April 22, 2026, and approved the proposal on the construction of a comprehensive processing project for multiple metal ores. The company agreed to invest $13 million with self-raised funds in the construction of the project. Specifically, $7 million will be invested in the Tete Province project in Mozambique, and $6 million will be invested in the Mondulkiri Province project in Cambodia. The project construction period is 12 months.
