TONESET, leading the bidding, Guangzhou's major project led by Dongshuo Technology passed the acceptance.

On April 17th, GHTECH Guanghua Technology's subsidiary TONESET Dongshuo Technology led the unveiling of the key research and development plan for major science and technology projects in Guangzhou, the flagship project "Development and Industrialization of Key Technologies for High-end Copper Plating of Packaging Substrates". The project successfully completed all research tasks and assessment indicators, and smoothly passed the acceptance review organized by the Guangzhou Science and Technology Bureau. The successful acceptance of this project marks a major breakthrough in tackling the bottleneck of high-end copper plating for packaging substrates.
