The Shanghai Stock Exchange has decided to accept and review the prospectus and related application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of securities by a listed company in accordance with the law. The issuance of shares to specific targets in this matter still requires approval from the Shanghai Stock Exchange, as well as a decision from the China Securities Regulatory Commission to approve registration before it can be implemented.
