The establishment ceremony of the Photovoltaic Patent Pool Expert Guidance Committee and the seminar on the co-construction of the photovoltaic patent pool was held in Beijing on April 21st. The establishment of the expert guidance committee aims to supervise and guide the standard operation of the photovoltaic patent pool construction in China, promoting the legal, compliant, and healthy development of the patent pool. After a previous round of collection, selection, and review, the first batch of 14 experts were selected, covering fields such as intellectual property management, photovoltaic technology research and development, legal litigation, and anti-monopoly research. At the meeting, representatives from companies such as LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd., JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd., and Jinko Solar Holding Co., Ltd., jointly announced the start of the TOPCon Cell Technology Photovoltaic Patent Pool in the field of solar cell technology.
