The Qi Cha Cha app shows that recently, Guoneng New Energy Development Co., Ltd. was established, with Xu Qianyao as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1.97 billion yuan. Its business scope includes power generation, transmission, and supply. According to the shareholding structure revealed by Qi Cha Cha, the company is jointly owned by Longyuan Electric Power Group's wholly-owned subsidiary Longyuan Electric Power Group Chongqing New Energy Co., Ltd., and Guoneng New Energy Development Co., Ltd. under the National Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd.
