By combining Cursor's leading product capabilities and channel advantages in the field of professional software engineers with SpaceX's Colossus training supercomputer equivalent to millions of H100 graphics card computing power, the two parties will develop the most powerful artificial intelligence models with global practicality. At the same time, Cursor grants SpaceX relevant acquisition rights: SpaceX can acquire Cursor for $600 billion later this year; or pay $100 billion in cooperation fees for this collaborative project.
