Zhongke Chuangda disclosed its annual report on April 21st, with an operating income of 7.778 billion yuan in 2025, a year-on-year increase of 44.45%; a net profit attributable to shareholders of 450 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10.47%; and a basic earnings per share of 0.98 yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.85 yuan per 10 shares. During the reporting period, the company's intelligent software business line achieved an operating income of 1.517 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.64%; the intelligent automotive business line achieved an operating income of 2.656 billion yuan, an increase of 9.91% from the previous year; and the intelligent Internet of Things business line achieved an operating income of 3.605 billion yuan, a remarkable increase of 133.26% from the previous year.
