ST Zhongdi: Proposed Changes to Company Name, Business Scope, and Amendment of Company Bylaws

ST announced that the 16th meeting of the 10th Board of Directors will be held on April 21 to review and approve related resolutions, proposing to change the company's name from "China Communication Real Estate Co., Ltd." to "China Communication Urban Development Holdings Group Co., Ltd.", as well as changing the scope of business, while keeping the securities abbreviation and code unchanged. Some articles of the company's articles of association will also be amended. The above resolutions still need to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for approval, and an application will be made to the market supervision department for registration change, with final approval subject to registration. The change is due to the completion of the restructuring and delivery of the company by 2025, transitioning to light asset operation.
