Guizhou Provincial People's Government recommends Liu Gang as the candidate for director, vice chairman, and general manager of Qisheng State-owned Assets, and suggests that he no longer hold the position of chief accountant of Maotai Group.

On April 21st, the website of the People's Government of Guizhou Province issued a notice on the job adjustment of Liu Gang and Lan Haiping. The provincial government agreed to recommend Liu Gang as the candidate for the positions of director, vice chairman, and general manager of Guizhou Qiansheng State-owned Asset Management Co., Ltd., and suggested that he no longer hold the position of chief accountant at Guizhou Maotai Liquor Co., Ltd. It was also suggested that Lan Haiping no longer hold the positions of vice chairman, director, and general manager at Guizhou Energy Group Co., Ltd.
