According to the Enterprise Check APP, recently, Jieshou Weilai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with a business scope including: integrated circuit chip and product manufacturing; integrated circuit chip design and services; automotive components research and development; artificial intelligence application software development, etc. The equity penetration disclosed by Enterprise Check shows that the company is indirectly wholly-owned by Weilai Holdings Limited.
