Recently, affected by factors such as soaring fuel prices and supply shortages, many airlines worldwide have reduced their capacity to varying degrees, directly leading to mass flight cancellations. According to the China Air Transport Association, this year's overall weekly international passenger flight plan is generally the same as the same period last year. During the "May 1st" holiday, the international passenger flight plan increased by 5.5%. In Southeast Asia, during the "May 1st" period, Chinese airlines can provide 487,000 seats. Flights to major cities such as Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Phnom Penh are all operating normally. As for the China-Australia route, there have been no major changes in the frequency of flights between Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing and Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and other mainstream destinations, with adjustments mainly focused on feeder routes flying directly to a few secondary cities.
